Beauty expert Naahin Kazi was born in Amarkhana, Sylhet on September 9, 1969. Her father MD. Shahjahan was an P.W.D. engineer. Because of that they lived in many different districts of the country. Naahin Kazi has grown in a cultural background. The full name is Nahid Nowrin Jahan. Though she had her birth in Sylhet but she grew up in Cumilla. Due to the transfer of her father’s government job the whole family moved to Comilla. She studied in Fatema Girls High School, Cumilla Convent. Her mother Tahmina Begum Bakul was a music lover person. Before her marriage she was also involved with dance. After marriage she left dance and being completely involved in family life. But she had a lot of appetence to music. Naahin Kazi ’s first cultural practice mentor was her mother Tahmina Begum. Though her father was conservative she started to learn dance to Tapan Di with her other sisters only by her mother’s inspiration. Whenever there was any cultural program in the Comilla Convent, Naahin used to participate in dance.

Naahin was also very interested in sports. But when in the tenth grade, she left the dance. She is the third in four of the sisters. Naahin was very interested in makeup and beauticians work. From that little age she used to make different kinds of experiments. Eye shadow making with different color pencil or hairdressing was her hobby. Because of which she became a beauty expert despite of being any other thing in which she had possibilities too.
